Spencer Spirit Holdings is acquiring BoxLunch and Hot Topic, according to an internal company memo obtained by DisTrackers.
The memo stated that everything will remain the same for both brands following the acquisition, with BoxLunch and Hot Topic set to become part of a bigger family under Spencer Spirit Holdings.
