Tim Hortons is launching a Harry Potter–themed menu on August 12 across Canada, timed to Back to Hogwarts and the 25th anniversary of the film series.
The lineup includes four Hogwarts House donuts — Gryffindor Strawberry Cheesecake, Slytherin Chocolate Pistachio, Ravenclaw Blueberry, and Hufflepuff Lemon Meringue — plus Golden Snitch Caramel Timbits served in a limited-edition Golden Snitch Timbits Holder.
Drinks will feature a Patronus Sparkling Quencher and a Forbidden Forest Iced Tea Quencher, both served in a temperature-activated color-changing cup that reveals a trail of Patronuses when filled with cold liquid. The Patronus Quencher can also be customized with lemonade, protein dairy beverage, or frozen.
Collectable merchandise includes a color-changing Stir Wand, activated by cold beverages to resemble the Patronus Charm, and limited-edition Harry Potter gift cards. Select items will be served in themed donut and Timbits boxes filled with easter eggs for fans.
While supplies last, guests at participating Tims restaurants will be served select items in limited-edition Harry Potter x Tim Hortons single-item donut boxes, multi-pack donut boxes, 10-pack and 20-pack Timbits boxes, and cold beverage cups. More than just being visually stunning, the packaging is full of easter eggs for Harry Potter fans.
Tim Hortons will also host a Harry Potter Trivia Night on August 28 at participating restaurants. From August 17 to September 6, Tims Rewards members who scan for rewards in the app or on TimShop.ca can enter to win one of two grand prizes: a Harry Potter VIP experience for two in London, England.
